Payment

I do not bill Insurance Companies at this time.   However, most insurance companies allow for services to be provided by out of network providers.  I will  be happy to complete any necessary paperwork and provide you with a detailed receipt in order for you to submit for reimbursemenet with your insurance carrier.   If you are unsure of your insurance companies coverage of out of network providers please contact your insurance providers for more details. 

Service Fees: 

First Appointment/ Intake/Assessment:            $150

Individual 45-50 minutes:                                $100

Family 45-50 minutes:                                     $100

Parent Only 45-50 minutes                              $100

Individual  30-40 minutes                                 $50

No Show/Late Cancel                                     $70

Returned Check Fee                                       $25
