Education and Training

I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and have provided individual, family, and group counseling in outpatient mental health settings for the last 16 years as well as in private practice for the last 5 years.  Prior to counseling, my experience included work with children in inpatient and residential settings, consulting on early learning mental health, conducting forensic interviews for suspected abuse as well as child protective services.

I have experience providing clinical and reflective supervision to master level interns as well as provided supervision for licensure candidates and licensed therapists in the social work and counseling fields. I currently am a vetted infant toddler mental health reflective supervisor and able to provide supervision and consultation to those seeking infant toddler mental health  supervision in a variety of disciplines.

I accomodate individual and family needs by using a variety of  types of therapies and techniques.
